Varsity Healthcare Partners-backed United Aesthetics Alliance, a company specializing in cosmetic plastic surgery and non-invasive aesthetic services, agreed to acquire The Swan Center for Plastic Surgery, a company focused on aesthetic plastic surgery and medical spa services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In Swan, we have seen several significant positive qualities which has led us to partner with the Practice.
