Handverksgruppen, a network of local craft companies specializing in surface treatment services, complete the acquisition of JMS, a craftsman company offering professional services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "JMS has experience and expertise that fits perfectly into Håndverksgruppen's existing portfolio.
