Bertram Capital completed the investment in Perimeter Solutions Group.

Bertram Capital, a private equity firm, completed the investment in Perimeter Solutions Group, a provider of commercial and industrial perimeter protection solutions including permanent and rental fencing, automated gate and access control services.
