Trilantic Capital-backed Sunbelt Solomon to acquire Struthers Technical Solutions.

Trilantic Capital-backed Sunbelt Solomon, a provider of customized electrical power solutions and services, agreed to acquire Struthers Technical Solutions, an electrical engineering consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Struthers Tech joining Sunbelt Solomon is a natural progression for the innovative and dynamic team we’ve developed over the past 13 years.
