EDP completed the acquisition of Sullivan Oil & Propane.

EDP, a provider of propane distribution services, completed the acquisition of Sullivan Oil & Propane, a provider of propane, fuel oil and HVAC services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We chose EDP because of their business model and their reputation for taking good care of their employees.
