Trive Capital-backed Venturi Supply completed the acquisition of Cohn & Gregory Supply, a distributor of pipes, valves, fittings, flanges and other industrial products. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands Venturi’s distribution footprint in Texas, adds complementary Industrial & Commercial markets served and bolsters Venturi’s custom fabrication capabilities.
