Paine Schwartz Partners-backed Lyons Magnus completed the acquisition of Hormel Health Labs from Hormel Foods.

Paine Schwartz Partners-backed Lyons Magnus, a producer of plant-based functional beverages and fruit and flavor ingredient solutions, completed the acquisition of Hormel Health Labs, a company offer foods, beverages and specialty items, from Hormel Foods, a multinational food processing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to formally launch Lyons Health Labs.
