OSM Thome to acquire Klaveness Ship Management from Torvald Klaveness.

OSM Thome, a provider of technical and digital asset management services, to acquire Klaveness Ship Management, a company that specializes in operating container vessels, from Torvald Klaveness, a pioneering shipping company.
