Thermax to acquire Buildtech Products India for $8.6m.

Thermax, a provider of energy and environment solutions, agreed to acquire Buildtech Products India, , a company manufacturing admixtures, accelerators and capsules, for $8.6m. “Chemicals has been a key area of investment for Thermax.
