Urban Gym Group completed the acquisition of Gymbox.

Urban Gym Group, an Amsterdam-based fitness operator, completed the acquisition of Gymbox, a London-based boutique fitness brand known for its unique and disruptive approach to fitness. Financial terms were not disclosed.
