Fortuna completes acquisition of Holyhead Towing.

Fortuna, a company in the Falkland Islands fishing industry, completed the acquisition of Holyhead Towing Company, a marine services provider based in North Wales. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is a significant acquisition for Fortuna which builds on our strengths as a company, helps further diversify our business, and provides exciting capabilities and opportunities for the Falklands in the future," James Wallace, Fortuna Managing Director.
