Handverksgruppen, a company specializing in surface treatment services, completed the acquisition of Malerwerkstatt Hinze, a painting and decorating company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "In addition to a solid market position, Hinze brings valuable expertise that strengthens our commitment to craftsmanship and quality. Having expanded with four successful craft businesses in southern Germany, we are now strengthening our presence in the north as well," Øyvind Emblem, CEO of HG.
