Wilmington completed the acquisition of Phoenix Health & Safety for £30m.

Wilmington, a provider of data, information, education and training services in the global governance, risk and compliance markets, completed the acquisition of Phoenix Health & Safety, a health & safety training and consultancy, for £30m.
