Norges Bank Investment Management, Norway's sovereign wealth fund, agreed to acquire a majority stake in 2882-2884 Sand Hill Road office building from a joint venture between Clarion Partners and Invesco Real Estate for $217m. The acquired asset is unencumbered by debt, and no financing was involved in the transaction.
