Trans-Oil Group, an agribusiness operator in the Black Sea region, completed the acquisition of terminal in Constanța port from Frial, a creator and manufacturer of fresh frozen culinary solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Frial Terminal is a significant step forward in our strategy to expand our footprint in the Port of Constanța and bolster our ability to deliver high-quality goods to our clients worldwide.
