ZT Corporate, a Houston-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of STAT Specialty Hospital, a network of licensed, free-standing emergency rooms that offer 24/7 emergency care, short hospital stays, and outpatient services in Texas. Finacial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to welcome STAT Specialty Hospital and Emergency Center into our portfolio and expand our reach into south Texas.
