Potel et Chabot to acquire Dalloyau.

Potel et Chabot, a high-end event catering services provider, agreed to acquire Dalloyau, a Paris-based food company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The group is thus strengthening its position as the leading French player in catering and luxury event gastronomy, recognized for its expertise, its gastronomic offering, and a unique art of service and staging. We are very pleased that our project convinced the court.
