Thryv, a software company, completed the acquisition of Keap, a private company that offers an e-mail marketing and sales platform for small businesses, including products to manage customers, customer relationship management, marketing, and e-commerce, for $80m. “By joining forces with Keap, we are taking a significant step forward in our mission to fuel small business success.
