Shipowners’ Club completed the acquisition of Waterborne Underwriting Agency.

The Shipowners’ Club, a P&I insurer for smaller and specialist vessels, completed the acquisition of Waterborne Underwriting Agency Limited, a Lloyd’s Managing General Agent specializing in small commercial hulls and select yacht types. Financial terms were not disclosed.
