PLG, a provider of consulting and outsourcing services, completed the acquisition of Callisto Pharma Group, a consultancy that provides technical and regulatory services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “PLG and Callisto joining forces offer great potential to our complementary client bases and will contribute to the successful development of our operations and business in the UK.
