Bridgepoint, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Eckoh, a customer engagement data security solutions provider, for £169m. “We are excited to partner with the management team at Eckoh to continue the company’s impressive growth trajectory, making our first investment from BDC V, our latest smid-cap fund.
