PM Service to acquire a 66% stake in Greensun.

PM Service, a distributor of components and services for photovoltaic systems, agreed to acquire a 66% stake in Greensun, a renewable energy plants materials distribution company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We welcome Greensun team in Computer Gross and Sesa Group organization.
