Zydus Wellness to acquire Naturell for $46m.

Zydus Wellness, an Indian consumer wellness company specializing in health and nutritional products, agreed to acquire Naturell India, the maker of Ritebite Max Protein, for $46m. "We believe that this acquisition is an opportunity to expand our portfolio by investing in brands and products that resonate with our company's focus on health and wellness," Sharvil Patel, Zydus Wellness Chairman.
