K3 Capital Group, a multi-disciplinary professional services firm, completed the acquisition of Pinnacle, a leading provider of cloud-based accounting, ERP software, managed IT services, and digital transformation solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition represents a transformative milestone for Pinnacle.
