VitalHub completed the acquisition of Strata Health for CAD32.3m.

VitalHub, a provider of software solutions to health and human services companies, completed the acquisition of Strata Health, a patient flow software solutions provider, for CAD32.3m. “We are excited to announce our 20th and largest acquisition to-date of Strata Health.
