LucaNet to acquire Causal.

LucaNet, a global provider of end-to-end CFO software solutions, has announced its agreement to acquire Causal, a London-based innovator in the financial planning and analysis market. Financial terms were undisclosed. "Causal was on a great trajectory as a standalone product, but joining LucaNet allows us to accelerate growth and bring our solutions to thousands more customers," Taimur Abdaal, Causal CEO.
