Yuno Group completed the acquisition of Firmus Energy (Supply) from Firmus Energy and Equitix.

Yuno Group, a provider of electricity, gas, dual fuel, and broadband, completed the acquisition of Firmus Energy (Supply), the gas supply business, from Firmus Energy, an energy company, and Equitix, a global investor, developer, and long-term fund manager. Financial terms were not disclosed.
