Everfield completed the acquisition of Meditec and MediCloud.

Everfield, a London-based software investment firm, completed the acquisition of Meditec, a Riga-based healthcare IT provider known for its comprehensive information system, Ārsta Birojs, and its e-health patient portal, MediCloud. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to join forces with Everfield. Their expertise in B2B software businesses will support our continued growth and allow us to expand our reach in the healthcare IT market," Janis Rancans, Meditec CEO.
