BinDawood Holding to acquire Zahrat Al Rawdah Pharmacies from Julphar for SAR444.1m.

BinDawood Holding, a retail conglomerate operating grocery stores under Danube and BinDawood brands, agreed to acquire Zahrat Al Rawdah Pharmacies, a pharmacy chain active in Saudi Arabia, from Julphar, an Emirati pharmaceutical manufacturer, for SAR444.1m.
