Mill Point Capital completed the acquisition of AeriTek Global from Fomento Económico Mexicano.

Mill Point Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of AeriTek Global, a trailblazer in the commercial refrigeration and foodservice equipment markets, from Fomento Económico Mexicano, a Mexican multinational beverage and retail company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
