Jhaveri Flexo, an Indian manufacturer of custom flexible packaging solutions, completed the investment in Prakash Flexibles, a manufacturer of flexible packaging materials. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Larger customers increasingly want to work with scaled-up, quality vendors. As a result, industry consolidation is inevitable. JFL, leveraging its strength of working with some of the biggest names like Nestlé, Tata Consumer, PerfettiVanMelle, etc and proven track-record of quality in both domestic and export markets, is intending to play its part in this consolidation," Alay Jhaveri, JFL Managing Director.
