LR Pure Systems completed the acquisition of Biersack.

LR Pure Systems, a provider of high-tech solutions for ultra-high purity gas and fluid systems, completed the acquisition of Biersack, an individual mechanical customer applications producer for the automotive, aircraft and semiconductor industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the acquisition of Biersack, LR Pure gains significant high precision and CNC machining know-how and extends its technical capabilities into the assembly of complex mechatronic subsystems. This expansion enables LR Pure to expand on the increasingly complex requirements of its customers in the semiconductor sphere.
