Xypex and XCC completed the acquisition of Concrete Waterproofing Manufacturing.

Xypex, an innovative waterproofing technology, and XCC, a mechanical or industrial engineering company, completed the acquisition of Concrete Waterproofing Manufacturing, a manufacturer and distributor of concrete chemicals products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This marks a significant step for Xypex in expanding and strengthening our global footprint. It will drive further growth and create more value for our customers, employees, and stakeholders. The new combined business will enhance our operations to deliver quality products and solutions to customers while optimizing costs and future investments," Mike Hardman, XCC CEO.
