Hadleigh Timber completed the acquisition of CP Timber for £10m.

Hadleigh Timber, a wood-based panel products supplier, completed the acquisition of CP Timber, a hardwood and softwood timber products importer and trader, for £10m. “Having worked with Chris Powell and his team for several years, we are delighted to welcome C P Timber into our group. We will ensure a smooth transition for our teams, customers, and suppliers. Chris, of course, will continue to lead C P Timber and assist across the Hadleigh Group in his new role as Timber Director, ensuring ongoing success and growth as part of our strategic vision.
