MJM Holdings Group, an independent brokerage platform, completed the acquisition of Leadenhall Insurance, an insurance company in Warsaw. Financial terms were not disclosed. Leadenhall’s integration into MJM’s structure aims to accelerate the company’s growth through an expanded product offering.
