Monomoy completed the acquisition of Oliver Packaging and Equipment.

Monomoy, a private investment firm focused on private equity and credit investing in the middle market, completed the acquisition of Oliver Packaging and Equipment, a manufacturer of heat seal food packaging systems and bakery equipment.
