Compass Group to acquire Dupont Restauration.

Compass Group, a contract foodservice company, agreed to acquire Dupont Restauration, a contract catering services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition enables Compass Group to increase its presence in the French and Belgian markets and to diversify its range of services and customer base.
