Bolster Investment Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 52.5% majority stake in Leeuwendaal, an HR and organizational consultancy firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Bolster is impressed with the high-quality services and excellent reputation of Leeuwendaal.
