CrowdStrike to acquire Adaptive Shield for $275m.

CrowdStrike, an American cybersecurity technology company, agreed to acquire Adaptive Shield, a SaaS Security Posture Management platform provider, for $275m. “CrowdStrike was built to tackle the toughest cybersecurity challenges, and we drive relentless innovation based on what our customers need to stay ahead of modern threats.
