Teledyne completed the acquisition of select aerospace and defense electronics businesses from Excelitas for $710m.

Teledyne, a provider of sophisticated digital imaging products and software, instrumentation, aerospace and defense electronics, and engineered systems, completed the acquisition of select aerospace and defense electronics businesses from Excelitas, a provider of customized optoelectronics and advanced electronic systems to a global customer base of OEMs, for $710m.
