EVERTEC, an electronic transactions and technology company, completed the acquisition of Grandata, a company that develops products that sit at the intersection of artificial intelligence. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are pleased with our third quarter results that demonstrate our commitment to continue to improve our margin.
