Qben Infra, a group specializing in the acquisition and development of platforms within infrastructure services in the Nordics, completed the acquisition of ININ Group, an industrial owner investing into companies within infrastructure services niches in the Nordics, for £68.4m. “With Qben Infra, we are building a leading group specializing in the acquisition and development of platforms within infrastructure services in the Nordics.
