Ardonagh Group-backed MDS Group to acquire Cobian Insurance Brokers.

Ardonagh Group-backed MDS Group, Group, a company specializing in insurance and reinsurance brokerage, agreed to acquire Cobian Insurance Brokers, a firm focused on commercial insurance in Spain.
