POM Group, a credit management software company, completed the acquisition of Mind2Pay, a SaaS rent collection software for housing corporations. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our companies complement each other perfectly. POM Group takes over Mind2Pay. For POM, this acquisition increases its market share and strengthens its position as a provider of debt management software in the Dutch housing corporation sector. The acquisition aligns with our ambition to become a leading European player in payment and collection solutions," Kees Neven, POM Group CEO.
