Azerion completed the acquisition of Goldbach Austria from Goldbach Group.

Azerion, a digital advertising and entertainment media platform, completed the acquisition of Goldbach Austria, a digital and linear advertising broker, from Goldbach Group, a media company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The cooperation with the Azerion Group is a great opportunity for Goldbach Austria.
