Energia Pulita, a supplier of electricity and natural gas, completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in Alleanza Luce & Gas, a supplier of electricity and gas utility services intended for domestic users, from Coop Alleanza 3.0, an European consumers' cooperative. Financial terms were not disclosed.
