NanoXplore completed the acquisition of ASIC business from Soitec-backed Dolphin Design.

NanoXplore, a player in SoC and FPGA semiconductor design, completed the acquisition of ASIC business from Soitec-backed Dolphin Design, a company specializing in integrated circuit design. Fianncial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition is a key step in NanoXplore’s development and in our diversification strategy.
