The Ministry of Energy of Norway to acquire a 53.3% stake in Gassled JV from CapeOmega, Equinor Energy, Hav Energy NCS Gas and Silex Gas Norway for NOK12.2bn.

The Ministry of Energy of Norway offered to acquire a 53.3% stake in Gassled JV, a gas processing plant, from CapeOmega, Equinor Energy, Hav Energy NCS Gas and Silex Gas Norway for NOK12.2bn. "I would like to thank the companies for a good, constructive process and for agreements that I believe benefits all parties involved. I am very pleased that we have found a solution resulting in a full State ownership of the large and important Gassled infrastructure," Terje Aasland, Minister of Energy.
