Observatoriet Invest, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of additional 20% stake in Lufttransport, a Norwegian helicopter and fixed-wing airline. Financial terms were not disclosed. Observatoriet Invest acquired a further 20% stake of Lufttransport AS, bringing total ownership up to 90%.
