InfraVia to acquire Prosolia Energy.

InfraVia, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Prosolia Energy, a renewable energy company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This agreement provides fresh impetus for expanding our business as an Independent Power Producer into new markets and reinforces confidence in our long-term vision for the renewables sector.
